Job Description:
SAP Functional Analyst ( Multiple Openings): Determine functional requirements through gathering and validation, implement functional design and documentation of SAP solution components, configuration, and validation testing of the SAP solution for appropriate applications / modules. Review current business processes and prepare AS IS and TO-BE processes and performing gap analysis in the production environment.
Improve existing software and / or develop new software solutions to address specific to address business problems. Create functional specifications to facilitate ABAP developments to meet client’s reporting requirements and perform data migration from legacy to SAP. Collaborate with other functional analysts on the design, development,testing, deployment, and user training of SAP solutions. Work on SAP QM inbound,outbound, and in-process inspection, integration of quality data with other systems and perform quality audits. Ensure that the solutions have comprehensive testing approaches and validation of end-to-end processes and work collaboratively with Quality Assurance Teams. Support organizational change activities related to the SAP/integration and software migration needs.
Location: Farmington Hills, Michigan.Business Travel and /or relocation to unanticipated locations in the U.S. required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, any Engineering or related fields required. Foreign equivalentdegree acceptable.
